This year DS7 moves from its usual annual home in the beautiful Welsh town of Aberystwyth, where it has been held for the past 6 years. June 7th 2012 will see this year’s festival at Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff, Wales, UK. We can’t promise you the beautiful coastal setting of the past six years, but we can guarantee that this year’s festival will continue the tradition - a gathering of a diverse group of people who have an interest in digital storytelling in all its forms. Also, Cardiff is close to motorways, airports and main train stations!
How to get to DS7 at Chapter Arts Centre:

Chapter is situated in Canton, behind Cowbridge Road East, between Llandaff Road and Market Road. It is easily accessible from the city centre with adar park (limited spaces) at the rear of the building and by numbers 17 + 18 buses (Canton Police Station stop) every 5 minutes from Cardiff Central. Directions
If you are coming from M4 East (London) Leave the M4 at junction 29 and follow signs onto A48 (M). Continue on the A48 passing Cardiff Gate, Pentwyn, Cardiff East/Docks and Cardiff Central. Continue along the A48, you will pass a large TESCO superstore on your left and University of Wales College (Llandaff) on your right. Take the next slip road sign posted Llandaff/Llantrisant. At the traffic lights turn left. The next set of traffic lights you come to, you will need to be in the right hand lane, go straight on into Llandaff Rd. You will come to another set of traffic lights, continue on, then take the second right turning into Market Place. The Butchers Arms pub is on the corner, you will see Chapter on the right. There is a large free public car park with allocated disabled spaces at the rear of the building. Overflow parking is available every evening from 6pm in the adjoining car park of Cardiff Community Learning Services.
If you are coming from M4 West (Swansea) Leave the M4 at junction 33 and follow the signs for Penarth/Barry, passing St Fagans (Welsh National Folk Museum), Ely/Cardiff West, take the Leckwith/Athletic Stadium junction. Take the first left off the roundabout passing the stadium on your right; continue on through two sets of traffic lights. At the third set of traffic lights go straight across, The Corporation pub will be on your left, take the next left turning into Market Place.
